Rajasekhar Reddy Mooli
Founder & CEO
Mooli Rajasekhar Reddy embarked on his professional consulting career as an IT consultant and Business Analyst with experience of over 18 years specializing in software architecture with an emphasis on business software architecture design. In his early career, he has essayed myriad roles with some of the most reputed enterprises in India. With a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, professional problem-solving capacities earned him accolades in Business Process Development, Policy Making, Impact Flow Management, Business Analysis & Product Architecture, and Planning & Design.
His keen ability to learn and adapt has helped successfully implement several ERP processes like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and other independent ERPs in organizations of repute like:

He has forayed into real estate for the last seven years or so. A votary of RERA since its inception, he is a passionate learner and teacher too. He has dedicated his energies and time to promoting, training, and guiding the real estate community through different challenges and procedures to ensure the mutual success of both TS RERA and the community.
Well versed with RERA and approval management, his expertise has facilitated more than 400 projects to adapt their processes to RERA norms. Since the inception of RERA, he has played a significant role in mentoring and advising real estate consumers and builders fraternity with numerous workshops and coaching sessions. His leadership at Cognito Advisory has been pivotal to the organization’s success and establishment of the independent IT division –Singularity Business Solutions LLP.
Convinced that TS-RERA is shaping up to be the best in the country, he is keen on lending his insights into the issues and challenges that both builders and buyers are facing in the industry today. As the founder of Cognito Advisory, he finds himself in a position to help builders, developers, promoters, and end consumers overcome challenges and find solutions for the issues faced.
Sairam Kumar Veluguri
Co-Founder & CFO
Sairam Kumar Veluguri is a successful Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of rich experience in real estate accounting, taxation, and GST. A professional in the real estate sector for more than a decade, he has assimilated meaningful insights into the industry. His ingenuity lies in amalgamating ideation with implementation. Besides accounting and taxation acumen, his added expertise in SAP, ERP implementation, and Oracle Systems have proved very useful to the organization.
At Cognito Advisory, his expertise has brought distinct touch to the roles assumed, especially the diversification of services, establishment, and consolidation of the IT division – Singularity Business Solutions LLP.
His ability to build the business with like-minded individuals and create value for clients has been his strong point. His pragmatism and objectivity in RERA issues have helped deliver more holistic experiences to our clients. When it is a matter of decisive action, Cognito Advisory values his leadership and vision.
Surendra Reddy U
Co-Founder & COO
Surendra Reddy is a Civil Engineer by profession and has an impressive track record of 11 years of quality experience in varied fields. He is well-experienced in Real Estate-Construction & Town Planning, Railways-Track and Bridges, and Irrigation Projects-DPR & Tender. A thoroughbred professional, he is hands-on with the rules in vogue in the Planning Department, conversant with Layout & Building norms and adept with field operations and procedures, and RERA approval management is his added acumen.
He heads a full-fledged team of architects, engineers, surveyors and draughtsmen. His forte is the ability to deliver sustainable success.
