Cognito Advisory LLP facilitates obtaining the certificates from Registered Engineers having practical knowledge on RERA apart from real estate business knowledge for withdrawal of funds from RERA project designated bank account in proportion to the percentage of completion of the project based on the cost incurred by the Promoter based on completion of the project. Cognito Advisory LLP also facilitates obtaining other certificates from Engineers required under the Act and Rules.
