We assist the promoters in reviewing the scheme of the project with detailed discussion and consultation with legal, financial and technical consultants with regards to financial and legal compliances of the project to, verify the viability of the project, and compliance with all applicable provisions under the RERA Act, 2016 and State Rules.

RERA mandates providing the necessary information, details, and documents along with the application for grant of registration of the project. In case a project involves large development or development in multiple phases/towers etc., the Promoter should consider all possible aspects of development/offering to customers in the project while making application for grant of registration of project and subsequent updates, undertakings thereon. It is also necessary for the promoter to consider the financial viability of the project by taking into consideration the estimated cost of the project as well as the proposed sale price.
